To get to this power cell, Aloy will need to solve a three-part puzzle before climbing up the ledge to where it is. This power cell cannot be found until the Grave Hoard questline has started. Grave Hoard Power Cell: In the northeastern end of the map there is a bunker called the Grave Hoard. Instead of following Teersa go straight for the locked door, Aloy can pass by it by squeezing through a small opening to the left. This power cell can be found during the Womb of the Mountain quest. All-Mother Mountain Power Cell: Directly after the Proving is over, Aloy wakes up in the All-Mother Mountain.
